Bacon in a donut!

Yes! And it works! Went out mid morning to Mojo Donuts which I found online. Hubby enjoyed a crème brûlée donut and I had a raspberry glazed one. They were fab and the coffee was good too. We got chatting to the owner and he shared about how he started and told us about one of his best sellers which was just coming out the kitchen as we were leaving. So he gave us one to try. Bacon maple glazed! Proper bacon bits on top. Strangely very good!
