Failed shot 1,735,852 (and counting)

Sometimes failure is an option. I was trying to get a neat water drop shot in the same place I have done it before, only now the hostas are larger and the water was muddy.

Most of the time the camera was half under water, then I realized I had a stray blade of grass right in the middle of the lense. After a little while, my son had had enough of standing in the rain and so did I.
So...this is a failed shot of rain drops.

This is my "go to" spot in the rain if I am doing anything outside that day, so hopefully the next one will be what I want.
I do like the browns tho.
