A body of water

My suburb was a body of water today, after yesterday, a day of deluge. Marrickville Golf Course recorded 102mm of rain. 

Today there were short periods of sun but I'm glad I continued to deploy the portable clothes line. I wasn't about to trust a little bit of sun, hot as it was.

Both my main and extra were taken in Sydney Park which was flooded in parts. The wetlands (extra) were good and full and for some weeks have had a big algal growth,. One could mistake parts of it for a lawn.
