Weather App forecast wrong

This is the view from my home office window. The BBC Weather App states that we currently have rain and gusty winds. I haven’t seen any rain today but the wind is definitely gusty. Neighbours agree not to put washing out to dry today - if it doesn’t end up in Norway, we’ll probably have to retrieve it from the field!
