Peeling back the grey

Another day waiting for engineers - Openreach tested everything and the line is fine - but they think the new hub is faulty, so now EE are sending us another hub, but we still don't have internet.

So frustrating, if my hotspot drops out uploading a Blip can take three attempts!

After the engineer left, we had an early lunch with the intention of getting out, but the afternoon was wet (again), so we just had a short walk.

Fortunately Deb had bought some daffs the other day, so I photographed these in front of a sheet of white perspex, as a 10 shot focus stack; stacked them in PS, flattened the image then duplicated it twice, turned the top layer black & white and warped it, turned the next layer negative and warped it by the same amount, then played around with masks to make it look like I peeled the grey's back to reveal the colour, but the back of the grey sheet has the negative of the colour version.

I just wish I could "peel back the grey" on the weather
