Charles V and a palm tree

Plaza José Caveda y Nava, in the centre of the old part of Villaviciosa, has a plaque to commemorate the arrival of the Emperor Charles V in Spain, where he became King Charles I. Behind him there´s a high palm tree and a former ducal palace which is now a residence for the elderly. In the same square is the ducal palace of the Valdes family, and adjacent to the square is the ducal palace of the Hevia family.
