Wild day, wild water

It’s been quite wild out at times today. On my lunchtime walk I was struggling against great gusts of wind, but strangely enough when I walked down beside the Water of Leith it was a lot calmer and more sheltered. The river was flowing at a great rate, bringing the flood waters from the hills.
