... rather than Wide Wednesday, because the wild weather stopped me going down to the loch to blip the body of water for today's challenge.

Instead The Mintster and I risked a short dash up the hill - scary tall trees everywhere! - and back through the field.

As I watch the early evening news I wonder if it's absolutely necessary for the BBC to send Clive Myrie to Ukraine to report on the grave situation? There's already a correrspondent there who has been doing that perfectly adequately.  Just saying...
