It Flies!

For a grizzled oap I find childish delight in simple things. This kit was in a charity shop and when I opened the box it was complete, with all the components in sealed bags.
The various bits can be configured into five vehicles, this is the first. I may post the others from time to time.
Anyway, one hundred winds later the rubber bands produced powered flight, brilliant!
On a charity shop theme, the three volume boxed set of Shelby Foote's history of the American Civil War that I got from an Oxfam nearby had another boxed set of it today, just a different publisher! I hadn't seen it since the early 90's then two come along at once!
