Taking off

Today has been summer ... not spring, but summer, still 24°c at 19:30 this evening and it's set to get hot at the weekend, then probably back to winter ...

Have a female pochard taking off.

I missed a bit of a tumble between a huge buzzard and a black kite - well, I saw it from afar, but couldn't get close enough to get a picture.

It's all kicking off here you know ;)
