Salvia

Luckily I covered the little citrus trees yesterday. As you can see, we did drop to freezing early this morning. The salvia didn't seem to mind. It's a beautiful plant with silver grey foliage and such pretty purple flowers growing in pairs. It came to us from under the neighbor's fence and is quite happy. Things will warm up soon enough--we don't ever have sustained cold. Not yet anyway. I had a wobbly day, so I stayed inside and puttered around, took it easy.
