Deep snow….

and sunshine looking east from the viewpoint towards Ben Rinnes on a lovely morning. Snowed heavily from time to time, ensuring the children had another day for their mid term holiday. 
A pair of Mistle Thrushes appeared in the top of my Birches this morning, good sign. Woodpeckers were drumming up on the ridge. As soon as the snow stopped and the sun reappeared so did all the wee birds!
