Kimchi and Gochujang

For reasons I will not bore you with here,  I've ended up with  a jar of Kimchi and some Gochujang paste in my cupboard.  
Todays dinner is Kimchi fried rice with one of our local farm shop's extra large (which usually means double yolk) eggs on the top. 
It was so delicious I'll buy Kimchi again even though I bought it by mistake the first time. And you get so much paste it will last several meals.
