We’ve been pretty busy today. Looked at a couple of houses so Melanie could get an idea of what’s around here, breakfast at the deli, a ride to Madera Canyon, a tour of the pool and gym in one of the Social centers and dinner plans to go out for Mexican.

Back to Madera Canyon, which some might recognize as the location of the blip. With the cold, wet weather we had here in the valley it shouldn’t have surprised me that it snowed in the mountains. Melanie had very little enthusiasm for seeing it, after all, there’s plenty of it in West Virginia and coming to Arizona is to escape that nonsense!

Naturally, I was ecstatic! This is a view of the amphitheater bridge under which flows Madera Creek. I have blipped it before, but at a different angle and without snow! I loved it.
