Pardalote And Bottlebrush

We’ve had the wettest summer in over 30 years, but a surprising number of locals still go out unprepared. I saw a bloke with a sheet of orange plastic, a woman clutching a wine bottle but nothing waterproof and this bloke wearing what I mistook for a dressing gown.

I stopped at the Rose for a glass of wine after work then lingered outside opposite Hive Bar. Still not sure about these I Love Erskineville signs that have sprung up.
