My heart is with Ukraine

The news is just devasting about the Russian invasion of Ukraine the likes of which we have not seen in Europe in 77 years.  This is a Ukrainian Easter egg given to me by a teacher's aide when I was teaching in the middle school.  He was from the Ukraine.  The ringed stone I picked up in Ireland, a "wishing stone".  The more rings, the more powerful the wish, sort of like the bars on your cell phone.  So, my wish this morning is for an end of Putin's aggression in Ukraine.  It is a David and Goliath situation.  The world must join together to put stop this paranoid psychopath.  It is like Hitler invading Poland in 1939 all over again and I tremble at the thought of what might come next.
