SIGNS OF SPRING

With the dreadful new at the moment I'm finding it hard to concentrate on anything at the moment (as I suspect many people are too), but am really trying to get myself distracted.  

Caroline's QiGong session this morning has helped a little.  A great session of course and the aches and pains of too much computer work are greatly helped.  

It was lovely to see the crocuses in the front garden opened up so I've tried to get a reasonable shot of some of them.  Not as sharp as I would like but at least they've come out purple.  Also signs of Spring is a hopeful sign so that is what I'm clinging to.
