Spring flowers

Black ice prevented us from walking first thing. Chloe got the run of the front garden and exercised herself chasing after two footballs. Our neighbour across the road tells us that his dog watches Chloe “ playing football” from his upstairs window!

Brunch out at the Smiddy. ( Not happy to see the mini breakfast had been removed from the menu. Aired my disappointment and was told lots of folk had also raised the matter. Before we left we were delighted to be told the mini breakfast would be reinstated!)

Home to walk along the canal on a nice ice free path. Some tidying of the garden before dinner.

Ali, Phil and Eve popped in tonight while Euan was at Cubs.
