Waking up

I took quite a few photos today on my lunchwalk (on my phone) to document the signs of spring: Flowering trees, bees on dandelions, people in T shirts having a drink in an outdoor café! After work I then took my camera for a walk by the river intent to document the same signs of spring. But there is a clear difference between plants growing on a sunny spot sheltered from the wind by the city walls and the ones growing in the open space by the river, where nature is clearly getting ready, there are buds on the trees and the first flowers on the ground, but spring is not yet here. So as today's blip I have posted a photo of the awakening nature by the river and left the cityflowers in the extra.
