Wouldn't a solution of 55gm sugar in 100ml of water also contain 45% less sugar than sugar? 
Or summat?

I have some Tomato Ketchup with "50% less sugar" at only 11% instead of the customary 22%, maybe they should advertise it as 89% less sugar than sugar?
