Wind Turbine

A morning of looking through the Greenhouse & sorting through it.
Then after visiting Joan I got ready for a walk in the sunshine with Smoochi.
First I dropped into Lidl to buy a few bits, but I forgot I was going for a walk & bought some frozen things, so when it came to a walk I cut it short promising we would go for a longer walk another day.
Beautiful blue skies & sunshine when I saw the Wind Turbines turning.
I think I have overdone it, but the pain in the upper leg & hip has got worse again.
