Mother and child...

Had a lovely day today at London Zoo to celebrate my Grandaughter Rosie's 7 th birthday.
Consequently, I could have 'blipped' at least 10 different things, but in the end this picture won out. Probably because it reminded me of my daughter with little Tallula. It seems irrelevent which species of ape we are, the love and care of a mother is so evident in the tender way offspring are treated.
I also like the look on the babies face....anxious to check the world out from the safety of Mum's arms
