Crepuscular

Crepuscular seems to be used commonly to refer to twilight but I believe it also applies to the light around the time the sun rises, too. Either way, these are known as 'crepuscular rays' or, more romantically, as 'Jacob's Ladder'.

I was just pleased to see a bit of sunlight this morning instead of rain.
