Royal Vic converted

I went to a face to face meeting this week and saw some colleagues for the first time in 2 years. One was fondly reminiscing about visiting the Royal Vic Hospital with various bumps and mishaps when she was a child, so I snapped this for her as I was walking past today.
The old building has just been turned into flats, but the new building next door is still a small local hospital, where I go with my own mishaps!
