This evening I received a video from an ex student in Kyiv. She woke at 4 am to find bombs hurtling down outside her window. Now she is fleeing the city with her family along with millions of others hoping to reach Poland.
 
I can’t believe I am writing this. It all seems so unreal. Our thoughts are with all the  people escaping the madness of Putin’s invasion of their country.
