Sweet Scent of Double Delight

Today we got some sunshine in between the clouds. A cool wind kept it cool. It did reach 18c at one stage.

I had to see the Physio at Burwood hospital today. Now the pool is closed for the time being, I thought I wouldn't have to have my six week weight in and fitness test. I had put on a little weight.. which I did know. Because of not doing the exercises in the pool they had some new exercises we can do at home to bring the heat rate up so hopefully will help with fitness and weight loss. I still will have still have my six weeks check to see how I am going.

This rose, Double Delight, is starting to flower again. Such a lovely rose.
