Yearlings

About this time every year, we see the young bucks traveling their natural migration route through my property. They haven’t lost all the fluff from their baby hides yet, and it’s fun to watch a couple of them raise their legs at each other, vying for dominance. Eleven of these guys were here at one time today, munched a bit of dry grass, then moved on. Always a treat.
