In at the deep end

For the last ten days I've been facing down some new (to me) book-keeping software. Each time I've dipped in I've got cold feet and backed off. Today I jumped in over my head, thrashed about a bit, almost felt I was going to drown but found some things to hold on to and, finally, I'm beginning to swim.

All I really want to do is be able to submit my self-employed accounts easily - well before the deadline this year because I suspect I'm due a tax rebate.
