Afon Llugwy

Went into work today, and got told at 5pm that it was, in fact, my day off. Oddly, I'm not too bothered - felt I had a pretty productive day! Plus the weather wasn't that great, so might have been a bit miserable.

That said, after dinner I went for a jog up the Afon Llugwy almost as far as the famous Swallow Falls, but thanks to developing blisters I had to turn back. Just checked the map, and was only about 100m down the track from it! Dang.

On the way back crossed the river, and found a huge amount of rubbish people had left there. Took it to the nearest bin, which turned out to be a really long way down the road. Conwy council need to sort this out, so much roadside rubbish!!

Blisters hurt.
