Rose, looking all angelic

We had Mum's friend Ivy over for lunch which was nice. She hadn't left the house for three weeks after a fall and she wanted to check out our house - and spend some time with Rose.

Before that I took out a few more streets on the Didsbury challenge. I reckon my the weekend I'll have taken out much of 'Didsbury proper' then I can decide how far to go into West Didsbury. Damn, there are a lot of small dull cul-de-sacs though...some only have six or eight houses on. You really have no biz being on them unless you're a resident or the Bettabuy man (have seen him a few times...) so I've had to adopt my air of assured nonchalance. I honed it many years ago crashing glamorous parties or clubs...I KNEW it'd come in handy again one day.

Think it may be time to get back to work.
