Queens's Park Heron

Taken at a distance of about a metre just as the heron finished off lunch (a frog).

It is my Mum's birthday today, I should really have taken a photo over dinner. My sister arranged a cake too but the waiter spirited it away before I thought about the camera. Happy birthday Mum!
