Chicken Korma

The girls wanted mums curry for supper tonight. I'm not a great cook but I honed this to perfection whilst in Oman, getting tips from my Sri Lankan maid as to how a curry should be prepared!
Very high in calories, so I only make it when the kids demand it.
It was yummy!
