Memorial flowers?

I spent ages messing up this image of a shop window on the Fulham road. Nice flowers. Whose memorial? ... well the telly didn't show many people in the House today it being Easter recess and all and some staying away because they didn't like the idea of Mrs T. Like her or loathe her she was the last PM with any balls (others had Balls but not balls or cherry stones)...time for another one now to move the pendulum back a bit...
