I went to work after a bit of a rough night with sore ribs. My kind manager was willing to send me home, ( I must have looked rough!), but I compromised that I would stay until 12 when someone else came in. I got through by keeping my right arm tight against my chest, and not lifting anything. And I bought a sleep bra for tonight.
I had a lazy afternoon on the sofa. But did walk up the garden for a quick blip.
Arnold is coming for a sleepover later on.
