Well I got on the dreaded scales this morning not as bad as I expected just a 1lb gain so was fairly pleased. Wasn't feeling to good had a bit of a jippy tummy so spent the day just chilling and sorting out my bag ready for work on Monday. Thought it was time my bulb came out of the dark to continue with its growth.
