Reach for the Sky

The last of 4 backblips taken on a recent very wet trip to Sydney. We've now returned to even more rain in Blackheath! That Nina lady has a lot to answer for ;-)

This shot is of the old and (rebuilt) new AMP buildings at Circular Quay. In buildings as in people, it's notable how each generation just keeps on getting taller. When the 26 story AMP building was opened in 1962 it was the tallest building in Australia.
