End of day

Short walk in the park as most of the day was spent in the car and in drs offices in Eugene. The eye doctor was very happy with the result of the cataract surgeries and we came home with 24 bottles of delicious dry Riesling bubbly from Germany. As the import business of a friend isn’t lucrative anymore as freight costs are astronomical right now and will stay that way, she decided to give up her business and is emptying her warehouse. So I guess I have to enjoy these bottles very slowly. There won’t be a “refill”.
