On the nightstand

The only ones I've read so far are the two on the bottom of the stack. Loved Hamnet. I'm delving into The King at the Edge of the World next, as I'd like to take part in the Folger bookclub this month and that's the chosen book. There must be a tie-in to Shakespeare somehow. It's a spy story, I think, set during the last bit of Elizabeth II's reign. 

Online writer's group, trip to the landfill, nice chai at S...s, good visits with mom and sis, one significant housecleaning chore, challenging (as ever) walk up the hill. Made some progress on a chase scene. Ate all the piano bingo treats (mini peanut butter cups, not to be resisted, but they're for the students)....
