Baked beans on toast, on a vintage Crown Lynn plate, recently purchased at an Op Shop!!

I can’t stop thinking about the Ukrainian situation. Seeing it through the eyes of Facebook and news videos is surreal.
Those poor people, who are just like you or I, having to just leave their homes and lives , taking what they can.

We have protesters camping out on our Parliament grounds wanting freedom from Covid19 mandates. And want to live in a country where they have freedom of choice. I think they have missed the fact that they are living in one of the better countries in the world, New Zealand. A lot of the protesters are moaning about all sorts of things now, I wonder if they are thinking of the people of Ukraine who are so desperate to have real freedom.
