Garden pleasures

The nightfrost has subsided ,  and the soil is loosening up. I was able to do some arranging and planting in the yard, as well as some weeding. The tomato seedlings in our sun room are doing well. I am so happy that I will have the same tomatoes as last summer, as the seeds were coming from our last tomatoes harvested.
During this whole month of February the garden has pushed up some flowers, collected here, and especially interesting was to see that the bleeding hart has already developed all its knobs for the spring bloom. Flowers and leaves are all ready to unfold.
Lots of piano practice which appears to be difficult as my eyes have to get used to the reading glasses that I ordered from A. I have some bifocal glasses with prisms in the making. So I hope the notes on the paper will be more stable once I can look through those glasses. :-)
