Normal life

Reflecting on my run this morning about how normal life just continues here whilst the news is filled with such awful scenes of war mere hours away. It's been very hard to watch, and there are so many other conflicts round the world that don't get covered like this is too.

Quiet day post on call. Seb went for a play at Marvin's, Imogen and I did some shopping, can't believe I'm buying stuff for her in adult sizes these days!
