Street Art....!!

On our way to visit my MIL today we were stopped at traffic lights and this caught my eye....it would have been difficult to miss it....!!!
It stood out so bright against what had become a dull grey evening with spectacular dark clouds and even a rainbow ( which I didn’t manage to get)!
I’ve fiddled a little with the photo in filters just to make it stand out even more...!!
This is obviously a facilities box of some kind but isn’t this type of street art a brilliant idea to brighten up a street corner...!?
My MIL was fast asleep today but well ...we didn’t disturb her.
