The Quire

Today me and Mrs MD visited Beverley Minster, and what a magnificent building it is - both inside and out.
My main Blip is of the Quire looking towards the High Altar.  The Quire has 68 early 16th century stalls, each with a seat (misericord) containing a unique carving on the underside. I was told they are some of the finest in the country.
My extra is of the Minster West End bathed in today's sunshine - a lovely sight.
