A Morning Wander

It was nice this morning so I went out for a walk - just me and the camera.
I wasn't 2 minutes from home when I met Brenda out walking Tia, so that added some time to the walk.
As I neared home I met Morag the dog walker and her husband so that added more time.
In all I was out for just over an hour, which surprised me.

I was kind of spoilt for choice when it came to what picture to put up for the day ..... should it be the turning I finished after breakfast? - or the sunbathing cats? - or the shop that doesn't do as it says? ....... or any number of tree shot?

In the end I (obviously) plumped for the sun bouncing off the station.

After lunch I made a box using the last piece of Lignum Vitae I have (with a lid from the last of the Camphor Laurel). Unfortunately the Laurel was a fraction too small to look right  so I will have to either make a new lid or change the fitting method on the box body. I will make up my mind about that tomorrow when I have had time to mull it over.
