Spoonbill

This is an absolute fluke, I was very surprised I manage to get him kind of sharp.
Today I had an outing, our Monday photography group went birding.....this morning to the Washdyke Lagoon, this afternoon to the Wetlands where I took this photo.  I took heaps and heaps of photos of the Spoonbills mainly feeding, also we were lucky to have a Banded Dotterel playing/washing around at the edge of the water and have some cute ones of him. 
I've been deleting merrily, photographing on rapid is the best way to get a few decent images, but does create some work sorting through them. I've put a stoic poppy and the dotterel antics in extra
