Mount Elphinstone

Megalong Valley has no shortage of landmarks but I've chosen this one as it is not only visible from most of our property but towers over our north east corner. Nobody uses it's real name, it's Megalong Head to the locals. It's at its most photogenic at sunset but as we haven't seen one of them since about last November, you'll just have to imagine what it's like without the cloud. 
Exactly two years ago, we had a perfect afternoon and this was the backdrop for our daughter Helen's wedding.
