Local Chinese

A good day in class today; we sat around a big table, students working at their own pace, helping each other, seeking help when needed, and enjoying the process. And commenting how much they enjoyed it, despite the stress of the Ukrainian situation.
Before the work day started my sister let me know that Mum had been in hospital for the day - she’s deteriorating physically and mentally.. I’m trying to get home.
Detoured home via Westfield Stratford but decided to try the local Chinese for dinner - quite nice.
Fell asleep watching Netflix in bed, woke up, pulled the quilt over and went to sleep in my clothes..
