Comparing notes with my Dad whose eye operation went well today. Whipped off the BCC ( basal cell carcinoma) from his lid and he’s in good spirits. Gets the biopsy results tomorrow
In other news, N tested positive for Covid! So how in earth I’ve had full blown covid symptoms for a week and get not one positive test I don’t understand! Floored again today. In bed by midday and woke up at 6. Bleurgh
Attempting to go back to work tomorrow as the bank account cannot do without the salary and can’t have another week of no pay. I don’t think I’ll last the morning but let’s see and hopefully my company’s woeful sickness policy will be highlighted. Not my fault if my colleagues get it? Surely my boss wants to protect them. Also, the irony is that a patient from the last day I worked phoned to notify the practice that she had covid when I tested her… can’t prove it but think we’ve found my source! Grrr
