Spring is still a little wintry!

I've been away from Blip for a few days, distracted by a need to read the paper, listen to the radio, and sometimes to escape from both the radio and paper!  Anyway, today I decided it was time to catch up. This is today's blip, but the last three days have also fallen into place too.
We were in town today for political stuff, but meeting don't look so interesting in a photograph so I stepped across the crash barrier and took a picture of the inner harbour quayside before we went for a quick meal prior to the main meeting. No sign of the sea unfreezing here, yet I know that in perhaps a month it will be open water.
The bridge seen here is the inaccurately named "New Bridge", which will be replaced in the next few years because it is so old.
