Windmill

One of my neighbors has a huge yard and she decorates it with lots of patio decor.  This picture just shows one small bit of it that you can see from the street. There's a windmill, not full size of course, and to the right of the picture there is a little car of some sort. Looks like she wrapped it in something to protect it for the winter.
